We helped an allergy and asthma practice in Waco transition from a mass-market appeal to an accessible prestige brand. This shift aimed to differentiate them from private equity-backed clinics moving into the area and position them in a value-driven market. Waco, influenced by the lifestyle brand Magnolia, showed that customers expect more brand value from local businesses, even on a budget.
To align with the new positioning, we refreshed their logo, color palette, and fonts to reflect the caretaker brand archetype. The goal was to create a modern, simple, and trustworthy brand identity that resonated with their target audience.
